Mrs. Martha (Madsen) Jorgensen, 30 [39], of South Windsor, wife of Charles Jorgensen, died Friday [2 Mar 1934] at the Hartford Hospital. She was born in Manchester, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Madsen. Besides her husband and parents, she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Martha Abbey [Abbe] of Springfield, Mass. and Miss Lois Jorgensen of South Windsor; three sons, Henry, Jack and Charles, Jorgensen, Jr. of South Windsor; three brothers, Edward Madsen of Manchester, Charles and Albert Madsen of South Windsor, and two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Dezso of South Windsor and Mrs. Marie Christoffel of Fresno, Calif. The funeral will be held Monday at 2 p. m. at the Congregational Church, South Windsor. Burial will be in South Windsor. The body will be at the funeral home of Morrison W. Johnson, 749 Albany Avenue, until Monday at 11 a. m.
