“In his will which was offered for probate, George F. Rice bequeathed [a sum of money] to his son, Elver J. Rice, and daughter, Bertha M. Conderman, $50 to Lakeside Cemetery, and the remainder of all his property to his wife, Murriee B. Rice, who was also named executrix. At the death of Mrs. Rice, the estate will be divided among the son and daughter and a stepdaughter Agnes Clark.”
Note: Bertha Rice Condemn predeceased her father.
