Hyndman - Floyd E. Shroyer, 57, died Friday at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, shortly after being admitted. A native of Hyndman, he was a son of the late Edward and Lucinda Shroyer and was a member of Hyndman Pentecostal Church. Surviving are his widow, Lena Irene (Kirchner) Shroyer; a son, Earl Shroyer, and a daughter, Mrs. Nina Lee Corley, here; three brothers, Walter Shroyer, Buffalo Mills, RD 1; Roy and Daniel Shroyer, here; four sisters, Mrs. Mae Boyer, RD 1; Mrs. Josie Smith, Buffalo Mills, RD 1; Mrs. Katie Bingman and Mrs. Pauline Ringler, here, and three grandchildren. The body is at the Zeigler Funeral Home. Services will be conducted there today at 2 p.m. Rev. Joseph Duvall will officiate, and interment will be in Hyndman cemetery. Pallbearers will be Donald Corley, James Elliott, Ronald Lepley, Manford Emerick, Calvin Kirchner and Robert Jenkins. The Cumberland Sunday Times, July 5, 1970.
