Mrs. Crigler was born in Sommersville, Mo., and had lived in Des Moines most of her life. She had worked for Tursi's Park Avenue Shoe and Clothing Co. before retiring.
She is survived by three daughters, Carole Zupan, Jean Birlingmair and Shari Kendrick, all of Des Moines; four sisters, Pearl Greif and JoAnn Thomas, both of Dallas Center, and Louise Scott and Hazel Findley, both of Arizona; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James.
