Mrs. O. D. Allen
Ethelyn Minick Allen, 67, of 331 West Collins St., Pooler, died Sunday at St. Joseph's hospital after a long illness.
The S.C. Native had lived in the area for the past 40 years and was a member of Rothwell Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, O. D. Allen of Pooler; one son Wendell Bruce Allen of Pooler; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Smith andMrs. Louise Suttler, both of Savannah; three brothers, Oved Minick of Statesboro and James and Glenis Minick, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and one grandson.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rothwell Street Baptist Church, burial in Newton Cemetery.
