A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Sunset Memorial Park, located at 5127 North Street, officiated by Father Castleberry of the Christ Episcopal Church.

Ms. Anderson was born November 21, 1945, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to parents Guy Townsend Anderson and Penelope Hayter Anderson. She graduated from Nacogdoches High School and attended Texas Tech University and Stephen F. Austin State University. Growing up she enjoyed riding horses, swimming, and diving. She was an accomplished equestrian

She was preceded in death by her parents and younger brother, Guy Townsend Anderson, Jr.

Survivors include brother, Jeff Anderson of Nacogdoches, Texas; sister, Brook Anderson Hutter of Austin, Texas; nieces Hayter Anderson of Houston, Texas, and Lauren Anderson of Nacogdoches, Texas; and nephew Jon Yates of Thornton, Colorado.
