MAN KILLED, OTHERS HURT WHEN CAR HITS WAGON

J. L. Long, who lived at the Reno Community was killed Saturday night when the wagon in which he and his family were riding was hit by an automobile belonging to Joe Sivley of near Clarksville.

Cliborne Holt, a relative who was in the Long wagon, received severe internal injuries and the amputation of one limb below the knee was necessary.

Mrs. Long suffered severe injury to her head and face and a 10 year old son was injured. The other 7 Long children suffered little or no injuries.

The wagon was demolished and one of the team killed.

The car was occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Sivley, Mrs. Smith Sims and Earl Dawson, who was driving. They were returning from College Station, where they had attended the annual Short Course. Mrs. Sims suffered slight injuries.
