Signe Victoria Koenecke, 77, a resident of Good Samaritan Center for the past 15 months, died Sunday [July 2, 1967] at Holy Family Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Dunnell, Rev. Richard Hane, East Chain, officiating. Burial will be in Lake Fremont Cemetery, Dunnell.

Mrs. Koenecke was born June 19, 1890 [1889], at Monona, Iowa, to Mr. and Mrs. S.A. Johnson. She was married to Henry Koenecke Sept. 8, 1909. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Dunnell.

Survivors include six sons, Vernon and Maynard of Dunnell; Willis and LaVerne, of Estherville; Earl of Welcome, Minn.; and Orville, Dunnell; and two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Geraldine) Fisher and Mrs. Tracy (Arlene) Allen, both of Estherville; also 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
