Herbert J. Topp, 71, died Sunday at Rolling Meadows where he had resided since January. He formerly lived at 263 E. Follett St.
Mr. Topp was born March 27, 1896, in the Town of Osceola, the son of Julius H. C. and Bertha Steinberg Topp. He married Sarah Fritz in July 1936 and she preceded him in death in 1953.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and three brothers.
