Frances O'Dean (Beam) Payne was born March 13, 1928 in Beggs, OK the daughter of Claude Beam and Dora Lee (Culp) Beam and had lived most of her life in southeast Oklahoma. Frances married Joshway Payne on May 8, 1944 in Vancouver, OR.
Frances loved the outdoors, enjoyed vacations, traveling and camping. She also loved to quilt, crafts and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is also preceded in death by husband, Josh, a son, Lloyd Payne, sisters, Irene Calhoun and Sybil Robbins, a granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
Survivors include: Daughter, Sharon Hunter of Valliant, OK and her children, Wayne Graham and Kim Harmon; Dawn Rae Mackey daughter of Lloyd Payne; Son, Floyd Payne & wife Sharon Jean of Valliant, OK and their children, Michael Fuller and DaRhon Price; Son, Boyd Payne & wife Barbara of Valliant and their children, Curtis Payne and Edward Payne; Son Doyle Payne of Valliant and his children, Toya Robbins, Josh Payne and Dylon Payne; Daughter, Carolyn Townsend & husband John of Valliant,OK and their children, Jay Townsend, Toby Townsend and Frances Novelle "Sissy" Townsend; a sister, Bonnie Baker of Appleton, WA; twenty-seven great grandchildren and fifteen great great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
