Survivors: Widow; one son, two daughters, Jack O. and Mrs. Albert (Norma) Provstgaard, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Milo (Dessie) Davis, Orangeville; 10 grandchildren; three brothers, three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Mills, Joseph; Mrs. Oscar Frissell, California; Mrs. Bill Snider, Camino, Cal. Dee LeVar and Clifford, Wattis, and John Doyle, Price.

Funeral Friday, 1 p.m. Spanish Fork Fourth Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Friends call family home Thursday 6 to 8 p.m. Friday prior to services . Burial Spanish Fork cemetery, Walker Mortuary.
