Lucy Mayetta Boyer, of Severn, died Sunday afternoon at St. Agnes Hospital, where she had been a cardiac patient for ten days. She was the wife of Ridgely Boyer. She was born in Frederick County, the daughter of the late Gilmer and Lucy Woodfield Hawkins. She was a member of the Severn Methodist Church, Severn.

Besides her husband, she is survived by the following five children, Mrs. Arthur Fowler IV., Allendale, N.J.; Alice Boyer, Brenda Boyer, Ridgely E Boyer Jr., and Linda Boyer all at home. She is also by the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Glenn Crittenden, Dunellen, Fla; Mrs. Leroy Hildebrand, Woodsboro; Mrs. Edwin Wood, Hyattstown; Edwin G. Hawkins, Urbana; W. Kenneth Hawkins, Braddock Heights; D. Hubert Hawkins, Urbana; Earl W Hawkins, Frederick and one grandchild.

Friends may call at Singleton's Funeral Home, 200 S. E. Crane Highway, Glen Burnie from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m at the Severn Methodist Church Interment will be in Glen Haven Cemetery, Glen Burnie.
