Mrs. Mullins was the daughter of William Henry Sieg (1860-1933) & Jessie Belle (Fay) Sieg (1872-1955). She first married Robert Delaney Banks (1892-1962) on 30 Mar 1916 in El Centro, California. She and Mr. Banks are known to have had two children; Hope Banks (1917-2009), and Robert Lee Banks (1920-2007). She later married Thomas Roger Mullins (1896-1958), and resided with him in Salinas, California. A few years after the death of Mr. Mullins, she met widower, Mr. Franklin T. Burchard, a retired Salinas Valley rancher. The couple spent many happy years together before his death in 1971. A photo of she and Mr. Burchard can be seen in this memorial.
