Mr. Vinnie Williams was the son of Robert L. Williams and his first wife Mattie Jane Waddell. Robert and Mattie married 30 DEC 1892. Mattie passed away in 1907 when Vinnie was 8 years old.

~~OBITUARY~~
Mr. Williams, 1812 E. Illini, died Monday in a Phoenix hospital. He came to Phoenix 25 years ago from his native Sayre, Okla. He was a barber in Oklahoma City for 19 years.
Survivors include his wife Ruby (Folsom); three stepsons, Randle Durant of Phoenix, Sim Durant of Redding, Calif., and Leon Durant of Long Beach, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Ruby Mae Spardlin of Phoenix; his stepmother, Mrs. Flora [Lora] B. Williams of Sayre; three brothers and a sister, all out of state; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral rites for Vinnie V. Williams, 67, will be at 10 am tomorrow in Bloom's Mortuary, 3800 S. Central. Burial will be in East Resthaven Cemetery.

His step-children were the children of Ruby Folsom and Frank Durant who died in Talihina, Oklahoma in 1931. His wife Ruby (Folsom) was born 21 Feb 1905 and died on 31 Dec 1985 in Talihina Oklahoma.
