Georgia Anna Ferguson Metcalf, 87, of 111 State Street, Asheville, N.C. died in an Asheville hospital Sunday, January 11, 1959.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 1959, in the State Street Church of God. The Rev. R.H. Ballard and the Rev. Perry Horton officiated. Pallbearers were her grandsons, Raymond, Hoy and Maurice Metcalf, Don and L.A. Horton and Richard Rymer. Her granddaughters were flower bearers. Burial was in Green Hills cemetery.
