WARREN "BUD" CAMERON, JR died June 12, 2010 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS at the age of 84. He was born on August 8, 1925 in Clay County Kansas, the son of Warren Cameron, Sr. and Sophie Pohlman.

Bud was raised in Clay County and attended school in Longford. He served in the US Navy during WWII. Bud married Clara Jean Langley. They moved to Arizona in 1990. Clara preceded him in death on May 9, 1994. Bud returned to Clay Center in 1995. He was a member of the Clay Center Christian Church, VFW, American Legion and BPOE. He is also preceded by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Brenda and husband Lyle Kahrs, Mesa, AZ

Son: Charlie and wife Judy Cameron, Gilbert , AZ

Sister: Darlene Huey, Independence, MO

Brother: Charles Cameron, Clay Center, KS

3 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Christian Church in Clay Center, Kansas.

Officiating the service will be Pastor Doug Wallace.

Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Salina, Kansas [sic].

Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Thursday, June 16 at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made to Christian Church or Medicalodge c/o funeral home.
