6 Jun 1995: Carrie E. Behney, 88, of Cedar Haven, formerly of Lebanon, died Monday, June 5, 1995, in Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. Behney. Born in Lebanon on June 10, 1906, she was a daughter of the late George and Matilda Miller Donten. She was a member of Bible Fellowship Church, Lebanon. Surviving are children Mabel, wife of Pedro Alicea, Lebanon; Mary, wife of Paul Boltz, Lebanon; and Richard K. Behney, Fort Worth, TX; 25 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; sisters Irene Armstrong, Lebanon; Marguerite Ditzler, Manheim; Lillian Manz, Lebanon; Edna Yeagley, Lebanon; Sara Donten, Lebanon; Mary Zink, Mt. Joy; and Florence Manz, Lebanon, and brother Herbert Donten. She was preceded in death by son Chester Behney and daughter Mildred Hammer. [Lebanon Daily News]
