Utica Daily Press Newspaper, December 29, 1968 edition. Obituary, CLINTON - Mrs. Frances E. Peters, 80, of 169 Utica Rd., wife of Earl B. Peters, died Dec. 28 in St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Utica. She was born in Clinton, daughter of James and Mary Finegan Crane. She attended area schools. She was married to Mr. Peters in Clinton in 1917. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and its Altar Rosary Society. Besides her husband, she leaves two sisters, Sister Agnes Edina, CSJ, Latham, and Mrs. Cecilia Smith, Utica, and two brothers, Michael Crane, Dolgeville and James Crane. The funeral will be at 9 Tuesday from the Heintz Funeral Home and at 9:30 from St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours are from 7 to 9 today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow.
