Mrs. Annie Hartung, 66, a resident of Laurel for 31 years, died at her home, 208 Woodland Avenue, early Thursday of dropsy.
Annie Reiber was born in Russia, July 14, 1876, and was married there to Henry Hartung on Jan. 15, 1895. They went to Tacoma, Wash., in 1903, and moved to Laurel in 1911.
She is survived by her widower; three daughters, Mrs. C. H. Frank and Mrs. Joseph Born of Laurel and Mrs. George Schneider of Denver; six sons, Henry and Carl of Vancouver, Wash., Alex of Worden, Conrad of Billings, Adam of Renton, Wash., and Herman of Laurel; 41 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Louis Leichner of Billings.
Services will be held at the German Congregational church at Laurel Sunday at 2 p.m., and burial will be in the Laurel cemetery. The body is at the Settergren funeral home. Friday, August 14, 1942
