Harry then married Gertrude Edith Harriet Junker on August 11, 1920. Her parents were Gustav W. and Hedwig E. Ollmann Junker. To them were born eight children, along with the two boys from his previous marriage. He was a carpenter by trade.

Funeral services for Harry F. Chamberlain, 65, of 1011 Lavon Street, Kissimmee, FL, native Peorian, who died April 17, 1961, after an extended illness, were held April 20, 1961 at the Grissom Funeral Home in Kissimmee.
Burial was in Osceola Cemetery with Orange Blossom Lodge 80, AF & AM assisting the services there.
A building contractor, Mr. Chamberlain had lived at Kissimmee for the last 14 years. He was a member of the Lutheran Church and of Peoria Lodge 15, AF & AM.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Gertrude E. Chamberlain, six sons, Harry Randall Chamberlain of Magnolia, Frank Eugene Chamberlain and Warren Kay Chamberlain, both of Varna; Vernon H. Chamberlain and Norman Lynn Chamberlain, both of Henry; and Wayne Lee Chamberlain of Orlando, FL; four daughters, Mrs. Gerald Rudd, also of Orlando, Mrs. Ronald Harvey of Kenansville, FL; and Mrs. Ralph Chancey and Mrs. Donald Young, both of Kissimmee, FL; three sisters, Mrs. Ann Eaves of Walnut Park, CA; Mrs. Harold Hall and Mrs. Velma Bradford, both of Kissimmee; 21 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
