Funeral services for Lee Eugene (Red) Johnson, 412 Chestnut Dr., who died yesterday after an illness of eight weeks, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. John's Cathedral. The Rev. Arnold M. Lewis will officiate.

Burial will be in Evergreen with Masonic rites conducted by Temple Lodge 23, F. & A. M.

Mr. Johnson, a veteran city employee, had served 22 years in the underground division, and at the time of his death was assistant general foreman of the underground department. F.&A.M. of Baker Scottish Rite bodies and Morocco Temple of the Shrine; and BPOE Lodge 221, Jacksonville. He was president of the Electric Distribution Employees Benefit Fund.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mildred Searcy Johnson; his mother, Mrs. Viola Johnson; two daughters, Miss Dorothy Lee Johnson, Jacksonville, and Mrs. James L. Butler Jr., of Heidelberg, German; four sisters, Mrs. Susie Ring, Mrs. Frank Roquet, Mrs. E.L. Acosta, and Mrs. Olyne Pyburn, all of Jacksonville; five brothers, J. T. Johnson, Jacksonville, Henry C. Johnson, Atlanta, Roy E. Johnson, of Flomaton, Ala, Alton B. Johnson, of Crestview, and J.D. Johnson, Houston, Tex., and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under direction of Seashole Funeral Parlors.
