Ezekiel is the first born child of Dock and Mary Ann (Butler) Bryley. He was born December 25, 1893 in Red River County Texas near Clarksville. He served in both World War I and World War II. His primary residence was Tulsa Oklahoma. He returned to Valliant in his later years to live by his youngest brother Hosie Briley. He married the love of his life, Addie Bell Johnson 10 Jun 1918 in Clear Creek Baptist Church by Minister O. W. Williams. Of this union no children were born. Addie preceded him in death in January 1974. They are both buried at Clear Creek Cemetery under direction of Rogan Funeral Home of Hugo Oklahoma. "Z" was what everyone called him. He loved to fish and hunted squirrels and other small game. He was a excellent marksman. He lived to be 97 years young.
