Officiating were the Rev. E. D. Dearman and the Rev. E. T. Carruth. Interment followed in the Welcome Home Cemetery at Grayson by Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
A native of Grayson, Mr. McKeithen had lived in Tullos for many years. He died yesterday at his home.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Margie Elliott McKeithen, Tullos, a son, Robert M. McKeithen, Tullos; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gabriel McKeithen, Grayson; six sisters, Mrs. Moise Saucier, Shreveport; Mrs. Lloyd Walters, Pineville; Mrs. Theresa LaBorde, Covington; Mrs. Clyde Biggs, Kelly; Mrs. Bill Gates, Boyce, and Mrs. A. W. Carr, Port LaVaca, Tex., and two brothers, A. G., Bloomington, Tex., and O. A. McKeithen, Bogalusa.
