Her first marriage was to John E. GOGGINS (1897-1940) in 1926 in Stevens Point, WI. John was hit by a car and killed in 1940.
Her second marriage was to Bruce HAWKINS in 1960. He died in 1965. She never had children.

Mrs. Bruce Hawkins, age 75, of Sun Valley CA, passed away on Sunday morning at a hospital in Sun Valley. Mrs. Hawkins, who was the former Madge Karner, had been a hospital patient for the past three weeks.
Funeral services were held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. The James L. Falconer officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Shuda Funeral Chapel.

She left Stevens Point about 25 years ago and resided in Madison before moving to Sun Valley. Her marriage to John Goggins was in 1926. Her husband died in 1940 and she married Bruce Hawkins in 1960. Her second husband died in 1965. Survivors include two brothers, Peter Karner, Pontiac, MI, and Frank, Minneapolis, MN.
