Anna R. Martin Zimmerman, 94, formerly of 40 Wissler Road,Ephrata, died of natural causes Saturday morning at United Zion Retirement Community, Lititz, where she had lived for three years.

A homemaker, she was a member of Hammercreek Mennonite Church and the senior Sunday school class. She enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Born in May City, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Elam C. and Lavina Gingrich Martin. Her husband,Aaron W.Zimmerman died in 1985.

She is survived by three sons,Lloyd M.,married to Lena Martin Zimmerman of Liberty,Mo.;and Walter M.,married to Esther Troxell Zimmerman,and Ivan M.,married to Irene Seibel Zimmerman,both of Lititz; five daughters,Dorothy M. Martin of Ephrata , Irene M.,married to Ivan Burkholder of Akron; Edith M., married to Nikolaus Kampen and Marie Z., married to Beryl Moser,both of Lititz;and Anna Ruth, married to John Campbell of Cowggill,Mo.; 60 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Ezra Martin of Ephrata; and two sisters, Irene and Vera Martin, both of Ephrata.

She was preceded in death by three sons, Frank, Elmer and Edward.
