Donna was born in Hanford, Ca Jan 1, 1942, the eldest daughter of Jake and Doris Swearengin. She was raised in Martinez, attending local schools. In 1957, she married Charles Onnias, living in the Vine Hill area for many years. She moved to Auburn 10 years ago. Donna had been ill for many years. Pneumonia took her life on December 16, 2007.
She is survived by her son, Tony Onnias of Auburn, daughter Elisa Onnias of Auburn, sister Nancy Roberts (Jack) of Pacheco, niece Denise Rajotte (Andre) of Antioch, grand nephew Jesse Seilhan of Chico and former husband Charles Onnias of Auburn. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Doris, and her sister Linda Beckwith.
No services per Donna's request. Cremation followed by scattering her ashes on the ocean in the spring.
