Four years ago, they moved to Poplar, Montana, at which place he died on Sept. 5, 1920, of pulmonary tuberculosis. The remains were brought to Argyle for burial, the funeral being held at the Argyle Lutheran church, Rev. Lawrence officiating, Thursday, Sept. 9.
The deceased leaves to mourn his departure, his wife, one daughter Martha and two sons, Glenn and Arvell. His aged father, G.G. Vinger, two sisters and six brothers.

After an illness of several weeks, Brede G. Vinger died at his home in Poplar at noon on Sunday last. His death was caused by lung trouble. The deceased was born at York, Wisconsin, July 16th, 1868, where he lived until 1905 when he moved to Hurdsfield, N.D. At Hurdsfield he was engaged in farming on a large scale and also had banking interests.
Mr. Vinger moved to Poplar in 1916 and for several years put in large crops on the reservation. Mr. Vinger was a kindly man and was generally liked. He was an exceptionally hard worker and was most happy when he was engaged in some task of real service.
He is survived by his wife and three children, Martha, Glenn and Arvell. Besides the immediate family he is survived by his father, six brothers and three sisters, all of whom lived at Argyle, Wis. One of the brothers was here when death came. The body was taken to Argyle Monday for burial.-Poplar Standard
