Benton, Lafayette Co., WIs. - Special: J. L. (Jerry) Swift, 72, died at the Hazel Green hospital Saturday morning, after a week's illness. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Monday morning, at St. Patrick's church, with the Rev. Joe Lynch officiating. The Milner-O'Flahrity funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret McCarthy, five daughters, and three sons. His youngest son, James, returned this week after three years in Italy.
