Mrs. John R. (Mary) Trapp, 84, died Tuesday at Valley City. The funeral was held Saturday at the United Methodist Church.
Mary Moser was born at Milbank, S. Dak., December 3, 1883 and was married there March 16, 1904. The couple came here to farm in 1905 and moved into town in 1912. He had operated an implement business here before his death in 1949.
She leaves one daughter, Ethel, and two sons, Miles and Lyle all of Marion.
Four sisters and one brother, Mrs. Leah Buri and Ben Moser, of Milbank; Mrs. R. S. (Bertha) Enge of Bismarck; Mrs. Elizabeth Ballou of Valley City; Mrs. Lydia Brodley of Balfour, N. Dak., 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
