Mrs. Rebecca Alma Harmon Clark, 81, of LaFayette, Alabama died Saturday, January 18, 2014 at her residence. She was born July 19, 1932 in Chambers County to Walter Fred Harmon & Hattie Fant Harmon. She had been a District Sales Manager for Avon Cosmetics and was retired from International Playtex and the Russell Corporation. She was also a member of the Rock Spring Baptist Church for 67 years.
Funeral service will be held Monday January 20, 2014 at 2PM at the Rock Spring Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery with Rev. James Caulfield officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday January 19, 2014, from 5PM to 8PM.
Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Harvey L. Clark; step-father, L.M. Cadenhead; siblings Woodson Riser Harmon & Sarah Nell Harmon Clark.
Survivors are her son, Don (Karen) Clark of LaFayette, AL; special niece, Diane Clark, Crane Hill, AL; an aunt, Virginia Harmon Spring, Davis, California; special caregivers, Esther Williams & Barbara Ashford of LaFayette, AL; and a number of nieces, nephews & cousins.
Pallbearers are Bradley Harmon, Dalton Harmon, Larry Richardson, Todd Richardson, Nick Jackson, Jr., and Kyle Jackson.
