O B I T U A R Y.

MARCOOT, Ala. -- Mrs. Hattie Harmon Cadenhead, 89, of Marcoot died Monday, June 12, 2000 at her residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 13 at 3 p.m. at Rock Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. Steven Patrick, Charles Whitson and John Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery at Marcoot.
Mrs. Cadenhead is survived by two daughters, Nell Harmon Clark of Birmingham, Ala., and Alma Harmon Clark of LaFayette; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Born August 8, 1910 at Fant's Ferry in Northwest Chambers County. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Fred Harmon; her second husband, Luther M. Cadenhead; five brothers, two sisters and her son, Woodson Riser Harmon. She was the daughter of the late Alonza Jackson Fant and Laura Alma Bishop Fant.
Memorials may be made to Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Jane Gordon, 4141 Linda Lane S.W., Lilburn, Ga., 30047-3054, or to Chattahoochee Hospice.
