Married Frances Ruth Pletcher February 4, 1910. Retired from Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad. He was railway express messenger for the Santa Fe Railroad. Howard Corbin was also a descendant of Mayflower Pilgrims John Tilley, John Howland, Joan Hurst Tilley, and Elizabeth Tilley Howland thru his mother, Adelaide Prentice Corbin. Lived for over 50 years at 1124 N. Walnut St., Newton, Kansas. Attended East Emmett Church, Newton, Kansas, for many years.

Brother of Elsie V. Corbin Beeman, Adelaide Louise Corbin Williamson and Olive E. Corbin Rothenberger.
