Dr. Erwin Baus Expires After Short Illness
Burial Will Take Place At St. Cloud Following Rites In Milwaukee
Dr. Erwin P. Baus of 2161 North Sixty-First street, Wauwatosa, a native of St. Cloud and a son of Mrs. Rose Baus of this city, died Thursday at St. Joseph's hospital at Milwaukee after sustaining a heart attack two weeks ago.
Son of Valentine and Rose J. Baus, Dr. Baus was born Dec. 10, 1899, and was graduated from Fond du Lac High school and Marquette university. He had been practicing dentistry at Milwaukee since 1922.
Surviving are the widow, the former Em Daase of Milwaukee, to whom he was married Aug. 16, 1924 [at St. Francis Borgia Rectory, Cedarburg]; his mother; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Kleist, Milwaukee and Mrs. Frank Bartell, St. Cloud, and three brothers, Ben Baus, St. Cloud, Alfred Baus, Marytown, and Dr. Val A. Baus, Kiel.
The body of Dr. Baus is in state at the Ritter Funeral home, West North avenue, Milwaukee. Funeral services will be held from there at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian's Catholic church in Milwaukee. Committal will follow at 1:30 p.m. in St. Claudius church cemetery at St. Cloud.

Brother of Dr. Baus Dies in Milwaukee
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at the St. Sebastian church, Milwaukee, for Dr. Erwin P. Baus, 55, Wauwatosa, brother of Dr. V.A. Baus, who died Thursday.
A dentist, he was formerly a faculty member of Marquette University. He was graduated from the university in 1922. A native of St. Cloud, he entered Marquette in 1918.
Surviving are his wife, Emma; mother, two sisters, and three brothers.
