Dorothy A. Peterson, 59, of Glenvil died Monday at University Hospital in Omaha.

Mrs. Peterson was born in Glenvil and lived her entire life there. She was a ward secretary at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include her husband, Marion; two sons, Larry and David, both of Hastings; three daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Sharlene) Meier, Mrs. Lowell (Janette) Waugh and Mrs. Bobbie (Deborah) Rowell, all of Glenvil; three sisters, Mrs. Etta McMillan, Eugene, Ore., Mrs. Alvin (Lena) Syring, Hastings, and Mrs. Jack (Evelyn) Elye, Winston, Ore.; four brothers, John Saathoff, Springfield, Ore., Raint Saathoff, McPherson, Kan., Carl Saathoff, Edgar and Henry Saathoff, Corpus Christi, Tex., and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Butler-Volland Chapel with Mr. Waldon Volz officiating. Burial will be in the Blue Valley Cemetery at Ayr.

Memorials are suggested to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
