Martha A Wolfe, 86, County Road 18, died Tuesday at 4:10 p.m. in Good Samaritan Center, Arlington, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Shalga, Germany, July 31, 1891 to Herman and Minnie (Henry) Steegman. She came to the United States when she was three years old.
In 1911, she married Harry A Cobb. He died in 1932. In 1933 she married Clarence Wolfe. He died in 1966.
Surviving are two sons, Marion A Cobb, 524 Hull Ave.; Jack E Cobb, Route 1; Raymond Wolfe, Oceanside, Calif.; a step-daughter Mrs. Cleo (Marie) Donaldson, 718 Londonderry Drive; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ford (Kunnie) Stahler, Lima; a brother, Bernard Steegman, 1230 Lima Ave.; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Mae) Huston, 3300 Briarcliff Drive; Mrs. Carl (Henrietta) Jackson, 224 Clinton St.,; a step-brother Fred Dennison, Washington Courthouse.
Mrs. Wolfe was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Kirkpatrick Funeral Home, the Rev. John Hayner officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3-5 and 7-9 today at the funeral home.
