Bonnie married Mangus Elrage on June 03, 1918.
They had two children Mangus E "Buddy" Elrage and Ada Lee (Elrage) Sanders-Griswold.

Daughter Ada Lee died November 11, 1937, at the age of 23, leaving her small son Gayle Sanders. Bonnie raised her grandson Gayle from the age of three. Bonnie was a real working cowgirl, and Gayle grew up to be a cowboy, and worked the ranches they owned. Some ranches up the river from Clifton, AZ.
