Mrs. Theresa Reba RUSSELL, 83, 134 Jefferson street, died at 12:30 a.m. today at her home. She had been ill one week.
She was born Oct. 31, 1890 in Fulton county to Louis J. and Lucinda CARTER BRICKEL and had resided all her life in this area. She was married Sept. 5, 1909 to Cortney "Fay" RUSSELL, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Carl (Pauline) HENRICKS, Mrs. Carl (Mildred) McCONKEY, and Mrs. Lewis N. (Betty) SHAMBARGER, all of Rochester; five grandchildren, Mrs. Nancy KANOUSE, Kokomo; Mrs. Patsy BUTT, Vivian, La.; Larry McCONKEY, Mrs. Judy SWEANY and Steve SHAMBARGER, all of Rochester and eleven great-grandchildren.
Last rites will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home with the Rev. Donald MAUGHAN officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday.
