BEATRICE BRADY
Beatrice "Bea" Brady, 75, St. Joseph, died Friday, Dec 16, 1988, at a local hospital.
Mrs. Brady was born in Caldwell, Kan., and has resided in St. Joseph since 1932.
She was employed by the Big Smith Co., and later with Quaker Oats for 10 years. Mrs. Brady was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic church, and the Altar Society of the church. She was also a member of the Quakers Girls Club, and the Y Women.
Mrs. Brady married Bernard Brady on Sept. 1, 1935. He survives of the home.
Additional survivors: a son, Raymond E., Eagle River, Alaska; four brothers, Raymond Metzinger, Drumright, Okla., John Metzinger, Coffeyville, Kan., Sylvester Metzinger, St. Joseph, and Ralph Metzinger, Ashland, Mo.; two sisters, Mary Metzinger, St. Joseph, and Katie Holtsclaw, Easton, Mo.; three grandsons; several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10 a.m. Tuesday, St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial St. Mary's Cemetery, Hurlingen, Mo. Parish rosary: 7 p.m. Monday, at the Stamey-Lindsey Funeral Home where friends may call after noon Monday.

NOTE: The obit lists three grandsons....this should say....three granddaughters.
