British Captain Revolutionary War, Loyalist, Ensign in the 1st American Regiment (or Queen's Rangers (Cavalry), Capt. In 75th Highlanders.

After the war Creighton went to Guernsey, Channel Islands, then to India, after wards returning to New Jersey. He lived with and made a home for the widow of his half brother, William, and her daughter, Maria. In 1796 he purchased a house in South Bound Brook, N. J., he never married.

No existing tombstone as of February 2005 per Mary C. Nelson Librarian Bound Brook Memorial Library, N.J. who transcribed the Old Presbyterian Graveyard in 2004-2005.
