James P. Shamburg, 59, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1997, at Immanuel Heritage Center in Omaha.
Graveside services were held in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Blair on Dec. 12.
Mr. Shamburg was born Jan. 17, 1938, in Omaha to Kenneth and Marjorie (Blomquist) Shamburg. Most of his working days he drove Taxi Cabin Lincoln and cleaned cars for car dealters.
Survivors are his brother, Kenneth Shamburg, Lincoln; and sisters, Marjorie Sorensen, Arlingon and Judy Young, Topeka, Kans.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements..
