Kermit, LT COL.., USA (RET.),passed away December 22,1989. A veteran of World War II, he served in the South Pacific, in the Army Air Corps, on reconnaissance missions and later in the infantry in Korea. Graduated from the Command and General Staff College. He was active in the National Guard and the United States Army Reserves. In 1970 he joined Metro Dade Police Dept. and retired in 1984 due to ill health. Survived by beloved wife, Ella. Visitation Tuesday, 7-9 pm. Services Wednesday, 11am. Van Orsdels Bird Chapel, 9300 SW 40 ST. Entombment immediately after, Miami Memorial Park.
