I believe that spirit's don't hang around at cemeteries I think they can go wherever like us living people do. Spirits like to go to the new perons house for a while to check you out than thay will leave.
(If you want a spirit to stop doing what you don't want them to do tell them to stop like if you were talking to a regular human being.)

I live 1 min away from the rose cemetery and have the grave map for it.
