Mrs. Mildred Bone Rites At Lebanon

Lebanon, Oct. 20 -- (Special) -- Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Stratton Bone, 71, who died Tuesday at her home here, were to be held today at the First Presbyterian Church.

Burial was to be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Seagraves Funeral Home is in charge.

Mrs. Bone, a native of Wilson County, was a daughter of the late Sam Golladay and Leila Owen Stratton. She attended Lebanon College for Young Ladies and Cumberland University. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, where she was an officer in its Sunday School for many years.

She was the widow of Dr. James Robert Bone.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Bone Barkley, New Orleans, Mrs. John H. Flanigan, Carthage, Mo., Mrs. Graves H. Thompson, Hampden Sydney, Va.; a son, Sam S. Bone, Lebanon; a sister, Mrs. Mary Owen Holmes, Los Angeles; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
