Mr. Majure died Monday, Feb. 25 at Riley Memorial Hospital in Meridian.
He was born in Neshoba County and was a member of High Hill Baptist Church.
He was a retired construction worker.
Survivors include his wife, Ona Grace Majure of Union; two sisters, Ruth Evans of Union and Ruby Reardon of Philadelphia; three brothers, Earl Majure of Union, Will Majure of Philadelphia and Robert O. Majure of Quitman; tow grandchildren.
Pallbearers were to be Charles Phillips, Danny Watkins, Felton Trapp, Aaron Goss, Harlon Byran Jr., and Jerry Tatum.
