ELDERS—Arthur E., 69, Johnstown, RD1, died September 23, 1967, at Lee Hospital. Born July 13, 1898, in South Fork. Preceded in death by wife, Helen (Worthington) Elders, September 21, 1964. Survived by two sons, Richard Jacob married to former Helen Nazaruk, and Robert Arthur, married to former Carolyn Lillian Yeager, both of Johnstown RD1; also three grandchildren. Veteran of WWI (Sergeant, Company C, 355 LB). Friends received at George Makuchan Funeral Home Requiem Mass at 9 AM, Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Rev. Francis Kelly. Interment church cemetery. Rosary at 8 PM Monday at funeral home. Graveside Military rite.
