Brownfield Funeral Conducted Monday At Landmark Church
Funeral services for Mrs. Dona Couch Brownfield, of Hugo were conducted Monday afternoon in Landmark Baptist church on North I street by the Rev. G. C. Hill pastor and the Rev. Leon Hammons. Burial was made by Coffey Funeral Home in Ft. Towson cemetery. Mrs. Brownfield died Thursday afternoon in Memorial hospital here after illness.
She is survived by her husband Frank Brownfield, five sons and daughters and 31 other descendants. The former are Mrs. Coy Staton, Hugo; Jack Couch, Wichita Falls, Tex., Dale Couch in the Air Force in Utah; Pete Couch, Oildale, Calif.; and Mrs. Maudie Kellogg, San Joaquin, Calif..
Seven stepchildren also survive with one brother and one sister. The letter are O. L. Tomlinson, Broken Arrow and Mrs. L. P. Yarnell, Exeter, Calif.
