SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION.
The State of Oklahoma to:
Minnie Yarnell, the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns immediate and remote of George W. Yarnell, deceased, whether living of dead, Lemon Yarnell, Lamb Yarnell, Henry Yarnell, Tolbert F. Tomlinson, Minnie Elwood, Lemon P. Yarnell, E. W. Miller, Lemuel W. Yarnell, Bud Henry Yarnell, J. M. Elwood, the Keystone Oil and Gas Company, V. S. White, Ida Johnson, Jennie McHenry, Docia Adams, Dollar Reynolds, John Wisdom, Etta Smith, W. L. White, George E. Albin, Sarah E. Albin:
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Superior Court of Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, in a case therein pending, wherein the Commerce Trust Company of Kansas City, Missouri, a corporation. is plaintiff and Mae French, et all., are defendants; that said action is brought for the purpose of quieting the title to the following described land:
South one-Half (S 1/2) of the South-west Quarter (SW 1/4) of the North-west Quarter (NW 1/4) of the South-west Quarter (SW 1/4) and the South-west (SW 1/4) and the South-west Quarter (SW 1/4), all in Section Two (2) Township Five (5) North (N) of Range Two (2) East (E); and also to adjudge that you have no interest in said land, and to enjoin and restrain you and each of you from asserting any claim in and to said property and for costs of said action.
That you the said defendants must answer the petition filed herein by the plaintiff on or before the 23rd day of November, 1925, or the said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you and each of you to the effect that the plaintiff is the holder and owner of said property and in possession thereof and that you have no right, title or interest in and to said property or any part thereof, and forever enjoining and restraining you and each of you from claiming any title, right of interest in and to said property as hereinbefore set forth, and for costa of this action.
