Mrs. Cornelius Cahalane, a well-known and loved Hamilton woman, died at Mercy Hospital Saturday morning at 2:15 o'clock of a complication following childbirth. She was born in Hamilton on March 15, 1895, having reached the age of 29 years at the time of her death. Her life has stood as one dedicated to friendship and the duties of a loving mother. Mrs. Cahalane is survived by the bereaved widower; four children, Loretta, Cecilia, Cornelius, Jr., and the baby, Daniel. Her mother. Mrs. Clara Lagedrost, and one brother, Fred Lagedrost, of Dayton. She was a member of the auxiliary of the Knights of St. John. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning from the residence at 2141 Benninghofen Ave., and from St. Ann's Church at 9 o'clock with interment in St Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call after Sunday noon.
