Fred J. Lagedrost, age 87, of Fairfield, Ohio, died Monday. He was a retired tool maker at Acme Industries. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Janet) Bretland of Dayton; one son, Hugh Lagedrost of Texas; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Baker-Hazel Funeral Home, 5555 Philadelphia Drive and North Main, Dayton, Ohio. Father Philip Hoelle will be officiating. Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
