Graveside services for Duke Blackshear Beacham were held today at 11:00 a.m. at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Beacham 83, died Friday.
A lifelong resident of Laurens County, he was the son of the late Lewis Oscar Beacham and the late Myrtle Dukes Beacham. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was a US Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Beacham was retired from Livingston-Oldsmobile-Cadillac. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Marchman Beacham.
